Konbanwa Mina-san!!!
Today was both disappointing and lovely. Disappointing because the position I applied for was granted to me. Apparently, I was very critical when I evaluated a call. LOL! Anyway, it was kind of frustrating but, I guess, God has prepared my heart to accept it since he revealed it to me earlier this morning when I did my Quiet Time. Perhaps, this is not the right time yet. Hope I get the post next time. Moving forward, I have to do my best next time.

Despite the fact that I was disappointed, today was not all that bad. We had a semi-reunion earlier with Tina. Tina is one of my closest and trusted friend. A person of wisdom and unafraid to state what needs to be said. She is just one of the circle of five people; me and Jhay are both part of it. The other two, I will introduce on a latter time. Tina works in Batangas, a 2-hour ride from where we are. She is a chemist who works for one of the biggest name in the world of gasoline.

We were so excited to see each other since it was quite a while from the last time I saw her. The other time she came here, my schedule wouldn't permit it. Today was different though. Even when I still had a meeting, I asked permission from my supervisor that I will be leaving early because I have to be somewhere else. Fortunately, I was granted my request.

When, finally, everyone arrived, we started walking and looking for a place to sit, eat and talk. Then Tina, as she always is, knew a good place to it in the mall. So she suggested that we try WHAM burgers. Honestly, I didn't know that there was a place in that name in the mall where I often go. But Tina, on the other hand, always knew the whereabouts of certain shops because she is a certified mallrat. And that truth is self-confessed. LOL! Go Tina!

When we got to the place, Tina ordered the food and had ourselves seated afterward. We started talking; well..., we continued our topic while walking towards the burger shop. We updated her about the latest news about ourselves and the latest buzz we heard. Then we reminisced those times when we were still working together. But our conversation were mostly the latest updates. It was fun! We talked and laughed a lot, especially when Jhay did all the talking. His vocabulary was very different and cute. Ahahaha!!! The food was tasty in all fairness to WHAM burgers. I was really full when I finished my share. After eating, we stayed a little bit longer then decided to take a stroll.

Since, we were really mallrats... we went to the department store to look for some hat and bonnet I had in mind. Unfortunately, the bonnets were out-of-stock, but as always, I didn't come out of the department store emptyhanded. I bought these plain black gloves that will be used with the clothes I had planned to purchase. Even if the clothes planned have not been purchased yet, I will be wearing these tomorrow. Anyway, after the department store, we went to BODY SHOP to have a look on their products. Jhay is thinking of buying a set of facial products. After the Body shop, we talked for a little while longer and then we had to part ways. It was sad that the time was quite short but am quite happy that I got to see Tina and got to spend some time with her. Jhay walked with me to Robinsons because he will be going to Quiapo to see his other friends. On our way and in the bus, we continued talking about our likes and dislikes. When we got to our stop. We alighted from the bus then went our own destinations.

I was totally exhausted because of the queue however seeing my closest friend helped relieved some of my stresses. Tomorrow is another day, I wonder what awaits for me then. Anyway, that's all for now!
