My Latest Investment

Konnichiwa!!!

The vain me struck again. I can't seem to get over it! ahahaha! Many may be tired of seeing my pics but I haven't still.
Anyway, as the title suggests, I will be talking about my latest purchase.... can anyone guess what it is?!
well my latest purchase is.......

JAN!!!

A new pair of shoes. Yes, a new pair of shoes. Sadly my old pair is already bad. I will definitely miss my old shoes. It served its purpose well... TEEHEE!!!

My new pair isn't very expensive. I just bought it out of need.... ahahaha! Unfortunately, I am running out of money so I decided to buy a new one. And here it is.... isn't it cute

Well that is all for now! Aren't my eyes nice.... wahahaha... Sorry, just VAIN!!!

Soredewa.... MATA ne?!

Work!!! It's EXHAUSTING!

Konnichiwa Mina-san....

Hisashiburi desu!

It's been a week since I last wrote something. Anyway, as to be expected, the first photo is about me and my vanity... Ahahaha! Anyway, I took this photo when I saw that my fair fell very well.

Work has been Very Exhausting! Good thing I met new friends. They are quite a friendly bunch. The calls weren't so many but the calls and problems are equally difficult. Everyone is really trying there best to make a sale.... YES, even if we are tech agents, we are asked to make sales. Ridiculous but we have to accept it!

Anyway, in relation to sales, Maye (one of my office buddies) and I were pointed out as the least people to have revenue. Our stay in the company is even questioned because of very low sales. When I heard how that was said, I got infuriated. I was so mad I had to do something to release them. So what Maye and I did was to go to Robinsons and play games at TIMEZONE. We played a game were we can just through things at an interactive screen. We threw and threw and threw to our hearts content.

A little while later, we played basketball, videoke and Dance Revo. Dance Revo wasn't very challenging. It was so relieving. Then we went home to get some rest.

That's just a quick update about how frustrating work can be..... Sigh!!!

My latest hairstyle

Konnichiwa Mina-san....

It has been a while since I last wrote somlething here in my journal. To be honest, not much has happened except that I was able catch up with my DOTA buddies. Though, they mostly ask for a treat but I don't really mind because I can easily brush the subject off. LOL!

Another update about me, I don't know if you have noticed, but I had my hair done. If I'm not mistaken, it is called RELAX. I had my hair relaxed and SPAed (if there is such a term... hahaha). Previously, it was curly because I had a perm... three weeks after, it is super straight. Sadly, I can't do anything with my hair for two days because the hairdresser instructed me to. I guess, it is so that the medicine will penetrate my hair. Good thing, two days will be up today. So tomorrow, I can have my hair shampooed. YEHEY!

Another thing about having my hair relaxed is that I can't wear a cap. Well.... that's what the hairdresser told me to avoid leaving a mark on my hair... but I say otherwise. I still wear a cap but for very short intervals. LOL! Hardheaded as always!!!

So far, that is perhaps the latest thing about me. I haven't been hanging out lately. I am excited though because the days for my trip to Hongkong is getting closer. This will be one of my many first... First time to go out of the country, first time to ride a plane, first time to have a trip on my own, first time to go to hongkong and many many more. I'm so excited.

Oh I forgot, I have a new friend... but only through text. He is quite friendly and a fellow otaku. We have a lot of similarities because we both love to watch anime and draw. Very conversant.

Well, that is all for now.... MATA ne?!

A nice Reunion

Konbanwa Mina-san!!!

Today was both disappointing and lovely. Disappointing because the position I applied for was granted to me. Apparently, I was very critical when I evaluated a call. LOL! Anyway, it was kind of frustrating but, I guess, God has prepared my heart to accept it since he revealed it to me earlier this morning when I did my Quiet Time. Perhaps, this is not the right time yet. Hope I get the post next time. Moving forward, I have to do my best next time.

Despite the fact that I was disappointed, today was not all that bad. We had a semi-reunion earlier with Tina. Tina is one of my closest and trusted friend. A person of wisdom and unafraid to state what needs to be said. She is just one of the circle of five people; me and Jhay are both part of it. The other two, I will introduce on a latter time. Tina works in Batangas, a 2-hour ride from where we are. She is a chemist who works for one of the biggest name in the world of gasoline.

We were so excited to see each other since it was quite a while from the last time I saw her. The other time she came here, my schedule wouldn't permit it. Today was different though. Even when I still had a meeting, I asked permission from my supervisor that I will be leaving early because I have to be somewhere else. Fortunately, I was granted my request.

When, finally, everyone arrived, we started walking and looking for a place to sit, eat and talk. Then Tina, as she always is, knew a good place to it in the mall. So she suggested that we try WHAM burgers. Honestly, I didn't know that there was a place in that name in the mall where I often go. But Tina, on the other hand, always knew the whereabouts of certain shops because she is a certified mallrat. And that truth is self-confessed. LOL! Go Tina!

When we got to the place, Tina ordered the food and had ourselves seated afterward. We started talking; well..., we continued our topic while walking towards the burger shop. We updated her about the latest news about ourselves and the latest buzz we heard. Then we reminisced those times when we were still working together. But our conversation were mostly the latest updates. It was fun! We talked and laughed a lot, especially when Jhay did all the talking. His vocabulary was very different and cute. Ahahaha!!! The food was tasty in all fairness to WHAM burgers. I was really full when I finished my share. After eating, we stayed a little bit longer then decided to take a stroll.

Since, we were really mallrats... we went to the department store to look for some hat and bonnet I had in mind. Unfortunately, the bonnets were out-of-stock, but as always, I didn't come out of the department store emptyhanded. I bought these plain black gloves that will be used with the clothes I had planned to purchase. Even if the clothes planned have not been purchased yet, I will be wearing these tomorrow. Anyway, after the department store, we went to BODY SHOP to have a look on their products. Jhay is thinking of buying a set of facial products. After the Body shop, we talked for a little while longer and then we had to part ways. It was sad that the time was quite short but am quite happy that I got to see Tina and got to spend some time with her. Jhay walked with me to Robinsons because he will be going to Quiapo to see his other friends. On our way and in the bus, we continued talking about our likes and dislikes. When we got to our stop. We alighted from the bus then went our own destinations.

I was totally exhausted because of the queue however seeing my closest friend helped relieved some of my stresses. Tomorrow is another day, I wonder what awaits for me then. Anyway, that's all for now!

HAVING A HARD TIME FALLING ASLEEP

KONBANWA Mina-san!

I am having a hard time falling asleep. I believe the reason is because I am anxious. Earlier today, I was called to take a calibration exam along with 7 other people for the post I was applying for. The exam wasn't really difficult, and that is the reason why I am anxious; because, more than likely, we will have the same results and I don't know what will be there basis for judgement. I really want this post and am praying very hard. The crazy part is, I am more disturb about the result of my application rather than be disturb after hearing the news about my grandma's death. Yes, my grandma died today. Honestly, I didn't feel any sadness. I don't know what's wrong with me but I received the message without really minding it so much. It was as if it was nothing. Am I that indifferent towards my relatives or is it just because I never really got to bond with my grandmother that much so I am unaffected by the news?! Anyway, wherever my grandma is, I hope she's okay. So, for now, I'll try my best to fall asleep and continue to pray that I be granted the post. We will know the result after our shift tomorrow. I pray that I will hear good news!

JUST RANDOM!

Konbanwa Mina-san...

i don't have much to say except that I am really scared and anxious because I applied for a post in the company wherein I wouldn't have to take in calls. However, many have applied and are better than me. Tomorrow, I may know the result of my application and am praying that the post be granted to me. If ever I get the post, this will be a start of a new chapter in my career. A step higher than where I was. I want to say that it is okay not to get the post but deep down in my heart, if I don't get the post, I would really be frustrated. I really wanted to get my mind out of it but it seems like my application to this post is such a big deal to me. But all I can do is hope and pray that I be given the post. I hope that tomorrow I will receive good news about my application. Gambarimasu!

That's all foor now Mina-san.... Sore jya.... Oyasuminasai!!!

New Year in the OFFICE

KONBANWA MINA-SAN!!!

AKEMASHITE OMEDETOU GOZAIMASU!!!

I spent my New Year in the Office... The night before the New Year, I slept early because Ihad to report to the office early. So yeah, my New Year an Christmas were both celebrated in the office. It didn't bother me that much except that the calls from the customer were overwhelmingly plenty.

Here is a photo of the sunsetting, I took this photo in the office. It was the 31st of December, the last sunset of 2009. The sight was pretty, so I took out my phone and took the shot. Isn't it nice and relaxing?!Earlier that day, I went to Best Sellers in Podium to ease the stress I'm feeling from taking calls from the customers. I went to the Manga department, checked out what books I can buy or if anything will catch my interest. Unfortunately, I didn't find any. So, I guess, I'll try other bookstores. In spite not being able to purchase anything, I still tooka picture. LOL! Crazy, aren't I?!

Oh yeah, the office gave us giveaways. First item they gave was a calendar. I was kind of happy because I was looking for a calendar; however, the day before they gave the calendar, I already purchased a Japanese calendar. Yes, it was the calendar I showed everyone in my previous post.

Anyway, the calendar was cute so I kept it.

The second item they gaveaway was a comforter that can be transformed into a pillow. I didn't take a picture of the comforter version because I am far too lazy in opening it and fixing it back. LOL! But, yes, the item can be a comforter.
As mentioned earlier, I spent my New Year in the Office. After my shift ended, I went straight home so I can study Nihonggo and work on my articles. Then, I took photos of me. LOL! Just as I said, old habits are hard to break. Anyway, I loved doing it so better luck next time. Ahahaha! I wonder when I will get tired of taking photos of me. Ahahaha!

Well, that's all for now. Sore jya.... MATA ne!!!
