KOMBANWA MINA-SAN!
Working during holidays really sucks, right? I mean everybody else is having a great time and celebrating while we are stuck in the office working and addressing issues of customers. It’s really exhausting when one thinks about it. But what can we do, we need to earn. It's just sad though. Anyway, in reference to that, I came in for work early this morning. Unlike any other day, today was especially very quite. My trip from my house that normally takes about an hour is reduced to 30 minutes. So I decided to walk the short distance from the bus stop to the office. It felt like I was walking through a ghost town. The only people I saw were the security guards. When I got to the office
, I was 45 minutes early. So I visited my friends at the 34th floor and then went to the pantry to grab a bite. I ate a donut, a twist, a serving of spaghetti and large ice tea. After eating, I went to my station and started to set-up my tools. Surprisingly enough, the queue was full. It's exhausting. Sadly, my first call was short. The customer asked to add new memory modules to his system. So I processed it for him. Then the next call came, the call lasted for 2 and a half hour. The customer was so complicated it to
ok all I have to work with him. Anyway, after a long time of discussion the call ended. During lunch, I went to the mall (PODIUM) to purchase a cooling fan for my mom's notebook. I guess, this will be my Christmas present for her. Nowadays, I no longer have good ideas for gifts so i end up either giving monetary gifts, on-the-spot gifts or no gifts at all.
LOL! Going back to how my day went, it was crazy but I guess I can get through it. After lunch, I went back to my station. Before going back, I went to Seven-Eleven to buy a big cup of beverage. When I got back, the queue has already subsided but once in a while it would spike up. There was no way to predict it, but I somehow survived all that. When the shift ended, I req
uested to have our team picture taken. Unfortunately, Ivan can’t participate in the picture because he was still engaged in a call. On our way out, Rich gave out her gifts to us… well… it was a pack of “POLVORON”…. it’s more like a giveaway than a gift, but who cares it’s the thought that counts. At least she gave us something. Oh, before I forget, Beau also gave me a gift in the form of a load. LOL!!! Thank you guys for the gifts, I really appreciated them. The last event for today was
when I fell asleep in the bus and went past my stop. It was crazy! I had to wait for the bus to complete his route so I can get off to where I was supposed to stop. After all that, I was exhausted and have no more energy left exempt to finish this blog…. Hehehe!!! Well, till the next blog! JA MATA MINA-SAN!!!
